It is with great pleasure that we present to you the fruit of several years of work and reflection.
"ATOMAN" is a heroic drama about an ordinary man who becomes extraordinary.
This new film project is very close to our hearts as it aims to meet international standards in terms of special effects, fights, technical means and staging in order to contribute to the influence of Moroccan productions on the international scene by showing the richness of the Moroccan landscapes and the diverse culture of the Kingdom.
The director
This film is meant to be universal, it touches each of us regardless of our origin, age or the cause we want to defend.
This is how ATOMAN was born. "Ato" means "the wind" in the Amazigh language. This super-hero is rooted in our traditions, whose origins lie in Greek and Arab-Amazigh mythology.
Through time and age, these two archetypes of good and evil meet again in a despotic future, in Casa City, to cross swords again after a first confrontation several thousand years ago.
A duel whose fatal outcome was the destruction of Atlantis and its civilisation.
The suit
Through this costume, Amine Bendriouich wanted to express the know-how and history of Morocco through techniques and materials specific to the kingdom. Made of braided leather and copper pieces hammered with ancient Berber tattoos, it is a tribute to the women who understood and tamed the wind.
Their hereditary knowledge, symbolised by their tattoos, is the source of Atoman's power and he wears them on his forearms, calves and chest.
These tattoos represent courage, freedom and will provide Atoman with protection against evil. The colour of the leather, indigo green, symbolises nature and represents strength, light, power and creativity.
